In the range of DRYGRES drills, RUBI has used the vacuum welding technology VACUUM BRAZED, which increases the resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area.

RUBI has kits with several configurations, always thinking of offering the professional the option that best suits their needs.

The DRYGRES kits have been designed, mainly thinking, so that the ceramic tile setter can obtain the best results when it comes to making the necessary perforations for water inlets, drains, light points, etc.

The DRYGRES kits are composed of:

-Band diamonds Ø 28, 35, 43 and 68 mm (ref 50917)

-Band diamonds Ø 28, 35, 43, 50 and 68 mm (ref 50936)

-Diamond holes of Ø 6, 8, 20, 35, 50 and 68 mm (ref 50996)

-Rings of diamond Ø 6 (x2), 20, 35 mm and diamond disc TCR-115 SUPERPRO (ref 68923)

-Mate case

DRYGRES diamond drills are dry cutting and can be used, thanks to its connection with M14 thread, directly with a grinder or electric drill without hammer, by using the drill adapter (ref 05976).

The average life of DRYGRES drills Ø 20 to 75 mm is 60 holes.

The average life of the drills depends, ALWAYS, on the type of material, its thickness and the correct cooling and use.

The drilling depth of DRYGRES drills is 36 mm.

DRYGRES drills (diameters Ø 20 to 75 mm) have a lateral opening that improves the cooling of the bit and facilitates the elimination of solid waste after each drilling. Before making a new perforation, we must make sure that the bit is clean and free of any obstruction.

The maximum speed of use for DRYGRES diamond drills is between 14000 r.p.m.

For a better finish and longer life of the bit, it is important to respect the proper turning speed and perform a slight orbital movement while drilling.
